Matt, Thanks for the pics. Your work if fantastic, and we'll certainly recommend you to all of our friends. It turns out that your infrared images helped the roofers to find the leak! There was a 6 inch cut in the roof. Apparently one of the workers cut something on the roof itself instead of putting it on a cutting board.

Anyway, I wanted to thank you again for your work! I honestly think it would have taken much longer to find the origin of the leak without your services. You do fantastic work!

My wife and I recently purchased a 1902 New England Colonial that was in desperate need of upgrades and remodeling.

Through some mutual friends, we were introduced to Matt at Beaton Construction. Matt came by our home to take a look at some of the upgrades and projects we were hoping to get accomplished.

After speaking with Matt is was apparent to us that he was very competent and very up to speed on all regulations when it comes to permits, town laws, etc…

We hired Beaton Construction for our first project, a 15x15 deck. This project involved reinforcing the home foundation and then attaching the deck accordingly. Beaton Construction was very prompt, professional, and worked in a very timely manner. The deck was completed in less than 4 days and we are thrilled with the final outcome.

Since that first project, we have utilized Beaton Construction for a bathroom remodel, window installation, garage replacement, and are currently discussing an addition for our vacation home on Cape Cod. My wife and I, without hesitation, recommend Beaton Construction to anyone who is in need of a top quality, honest contractor.
